The warranty, in full
One year on my workmanship, on every job. Here’s exactly what that covers.
How long is the warranty?
One year from the day the job is finished. It covers my workmanship on every job, and it’s printed on my invoice.
What’s covered?
Carpet that comes loose at the edges, comes apart at a seam, or bubbles: I restretch or repair it free. Transitions and stair nosing that come loose because of how they were fitted. Glue-down or sheet vinyl that lifts or opens at a seam because of how it was installed.
What isn’t covered?
Flaws in the flooring itself, like shading, colour or manufacturing defects. Those go to the store’s or maker’s warranty, and I’ll help you take it to them. Pet damage, burns, vacuum snags and normal wear aren’t covered either.
When doesn’t the warranty apply?
When water or moisture comes up through the floor, or furniture or appliances get moved after the job. When the problem comes from the floor underneath and you chose not to have the prep I recommended. And when someone else has changed or repaired the work.
How do I make a claim?
Call or text me at 604-341-6950, with a photo if you can. I’ll usually come and look within 2 to 4 days, depending on my work schedule. If it’s my workmanship, I repair, restretch or re-install that area at no charge.
Does the warranty change my rights?
No. It’s in addition to your rights under British Columbia law.

Estimates are free in Mission, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford and Pitt Meadows, and $100 anywhere else, credited back if you go ahead.
